Pizza night is a staple in our house. Every Friday is pizza night.
Instead of buying and storing mass amounts of pizza crusts, I make my own from scratch. I use this quick and easy recipe that only requires 3 ingredients that I always have on hand.
(Ok, so I realize if you read the recipe, its actually 5 ingredients... I didn't count salt and water since they are two common staples.)
One batch of dough gives me enough to make 3 single size pizzas and one larger, or 2 large pizzas. I cook all my pizzas on Pampered Chef Stoneware. (I specifically use the Pizza Stone [mine is an older version], and the Personal Pizza Stone. You can view all of their cooking stoneware here.)
Making the dough is simple. You mix all the ingredients, divide and roll out, then cook. I like to cook the dough for a few minutes, flip then add toppings, then cook a few more minutes.
This dough is also good as leftovers (especially when reheated in an air fryer!).

While you can mix this dough by hand, I find it easiest to use my KitchenAid Stand Mixer.

3 Ingredient Pizza Crust

-
3 cups all purpose flour
-
1/2 cup sugar
-
1 packet fast rising yeast
-
1/4 tbsp salt
-
1 cup water
-
all purpose flour (as needed to flour surface)
-
toppings (pizza sauce, cheese, veggies, meats)
-
Preheat oven to 425
-
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
-
Kneed dough with hands and divide per pizzas.
-
Roll out dough to desired thickness or size.
-
Bake dough 10-15 minutes or until golden.
-
Flip cooked dough over, add desired toppings.
-
Cook additional 4-6 minutes until cheese is melted.
Dough can be divided in a number of ways to make a variety of pizzas. One batch makes 2 large pizzas, or 1 large and 3 personal size.
